“We didnt have an experience, because the driver showed up at the wrong hotel inspite of sending him a photo of the businesscard of the hotel with the adress. Blaming us for the mistake. The trip didnt go through and Viator did not give us a refund!! Don't book at viator!!! Better book at location. Is cheaper and more secure.”
